These last were grouped according to levels of relation of the of which resultwhich, following the posited by Susana Hintze (1989). To check the hypothesis, the alimentary strategies turned into dichotomous factors, considering as if when if it employed one or more particular strategies that compose to the global strategy. Later was it applied Chi-squared to evaluate the association between strategies and factors of interest to a level of confidence of 95%.

Results: All the homes Respondents wasapply some type of alimentary strategies. These strategies resulted of relations built, in greater proportion, with the state (100%) and the market (96%). It found statistical association between alimentary strategies of extreme type and single parent homes with feminine bosses (p<0,05), accepting the alternative hypothesis.
