Abstract

This article is part of the reflections arising from a research work in progress on the demands, needs and requests of high school students in the city of Córdoba and the province, so that the National Law 26.150 on Comprehensive Sexual Education (ESI) becomes effective in their schools. The implementation of the law presents multiple processes since 2006 trying to guarantee the right of boys, girls and young people to receive ESI in schools. In these scenarios, the development that includes sexuation and the links that build social, sexual and gender identities unfolds.
social, sexual and gender identities. The participation of young people implies a necessary protagonism in their development, redounding in their subjectivities. Taking up contributions from psychoanalysis regarding sexuality, as well as the view on the extensive trajectory of the formal implementation of sexual education, together with the contributions of this scientific research, some questions arise that accompany the analysis and reflection of this article: how can Comprehensive Sexual Education be made possible? How does the school take, listen and perceive the demands and needs of young people to receive Comprehensive Sexual Education? Thinking about "how" students require, demand, claim and even silence Comprehensive Sexual Education in their schools is the tip of the ball of diverse territorial panoramas. If we do not listen to their needs and concerns, the CSE project developed in each school will not be meaningful for their students. Since the school is a subjective institution, listening to the voices of young people will be fundamental for them to participate in these projects.
