The vast majority of Iymphoma occurring in the testis are diffuse large B-cell Lyrnphoma. Wc report on a case of natural killeríT ccli lymphoma in a forty four ycar oid male, with bilateral testicular and cutaneous invoivement with a highly aggressive course.
The tumor celis were positive for hoth CD56 and Epstein Barr Virus, encoded EBER molecules, and showed focal angiocentric
growth thus fullfiling the entena for NK/T ccli lymphoma of nasa! type. Dermatopalhologists and uropathologists should be aware of this rare entity vic may only be diagnosed after extensive inrnunohistochemical studies.
