Thc CLS:t acelabular cup, is a Ii cmi sph crica], sel f-expand ing cementless cup. The CLS® cup initial stabili(v is achievecl by expansion-shell. Secondary the bone, which grows o:: (he surface of (he titanium, ayer (he durable stability. Wc report a relrospective study of 26 CLS eups .The mean follow-up was 134 nionths. Clinical results were evaluated by Merle d'Aubignc scale, witch revealed that 96% of the patients presented good oc excellent results. Racliologically, 100% of cup showed siable fixation by bony without signs of ascptic loosening ir: al] palients.
