E] cotila CLS©, es un acetúbulo hemisférico, autoexpansivo no cementado: su procedimiento de autoexpansión permite una excelente estabilidad primaria proporcionando el crecimiento óseo "on growth" sobre el titanio su estabilidad secundaria. Se presenta un estudio retrospectivo de 26 cotilos CLS®, con un seguimiento medio de 134 meses. Clínicamentc, según la escala de Merle d'Aubigne los resultados fueron excelentes o buenos en el 96% de los casos. Radiológicamcnte todos los cotilos han sido considerados estables, sin ningún caso de aflojamiento aséptico
