Abstract

In this article, an innovative strategy for teaching curriculum area Natural Science-Biology- contents in secondary schools from the southern suburbs of Buenos Aires(Argentina) is presented. The proposal focuses on the reconstruction of an environmentfrom a perspective that integrates the natural and social dimensions of the selected place.Curriculum contents are addressed by using multiple teaching resources such as designingmodels, preparing a poster, using ICT tools, as well as analyzing documents and interviews,in order to reconstruct the environment of Pehuen-Có, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
