Resumo

Reencantar el mundo: el feminismo y la política de los comunes by Silvia Federici (2020, Tinta Limón, 311 pages) constitutes a substantial contribution to the theoretical debates of the present, focused on the links and possible articulations between feminism and Marxism. In this sense, a rereading of the classic Marxist category of original accumulation is presented, while its profound political content and validity are recovered. In addition, a feminist analysis of the notion of commons is proposed, focusing on the struggles against sexual discrimination and reproductive work. In short, throughout the work the political-practical concern of the author to find links that unite all those struggles against the destruction of nature, the attacks on social reproduction and the material and immaterial commons is made clear.
