This special volume will especially welcome original studies that have been discussed in the framework of the III Jornadas Argentinas de Etnobiología, held in 2021.

Likewise, specialists in the discipline who have conducted field studies in Latin American villages are invited, as well as reviews of theoretical or methodological aspects of the subject.
