Abstract

In the present study two new records of Geastrum are reported for Argentina: G. trichiferum Rick and G. setiferum Baseia. Descriptions, comments and illustrations of basidiomata are given.Key words: Fungal morphology, Gasteromycetes, mycobiota, rain forest, taxonomy.
