Abstract
Dengue has definitely established itself as a public health problem in Argentina since the 2009 epidemic. As a consequence, the necessity of socializing the knowledge about this topic has arisen. The proposal elaborated follows the structure of Eisenkraft’s 7E model and is meant to act as an initial approach to the problem. Given the high media campaign of the disease, it is expected that most students have their own ideas about the topic, although they may not agree with the scientific consensus. Thus, a brainstorming of ideas is proposed in order to make explicit these concepts and then discuss them based on revealing material written by experts in the biological area. After discussion and systematization, it is the intention to spread the knowledge by elaborating diffusion material on the subject matter.
