Sexual harassment is a form of violence that affects mainly women worldwide. Although some efforts have been made to research and address sexual harassment in the workplace and in public spaces, we found few research has focused on sexual harassment in universities in Peru. This paper aims to contribute to closing this gap and proposes criteria for the approach and analysis of cases of sexual harassment in universities. Drawing from the authors' experience and analyzing cases from a victim-centered approach and feminist perspective, the goal is to enhance the well-being of the victims and the university community, while also seeking to protect the rights and provide care for the students who have committed acts of sexual harassment, facilitating their potential reintegration into the student environment. Finally, the authors intend to share their insights and findings to contribute to the work carried out by other universities.
