Abstract

The extension and development Project from Universidad Nacional de Río Cuarto called Scientific Coffee Cycle (SCC) is presented. The objective of the project is to generate a meeting space around the Public Communication of Science and it is based on three ideas: the right to education; the Public Communication of Science and to make visible the work of scientists. The dynamics of the Cycle consists of inviting researchers, teachers, students and scholars from the University and other institutions to present SCC activities. Over the course of three years, the topics have been numerous and from different disciplines, with varied proposals, aimed at diverse audiences and carried out in Cafés, Schools, Universities, Teacher Training Institutes, Villages, Neighborhoods, Clubs, Science Fairs and Education Congress.
