Abstract

In this article, we present and analyze a teaching workshop proposal in which a series of detailed drawings of vulvas is used as a problem question resource. The main purpose is to reveal or make explicit the mental models or representations of vulva and vagina genital structures and the cultural implications within 3rd grade female students in Initial Teaching Training Course. Such purpose is based on the necessity for experiential learning places that allow students to reflect and review their own ways of thinking, feeling and living their own bodies, as essential experience for the honest implementation of curriculum guidelines in Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE).
