Abstract

In this work we introduce the conclusion gotten over “Development at Laboratory” workshop; four times given at FCEQyN, U.Na.M; and organized in relation to Extention Secretary project, which was designed responding to Genetics Licenciature high-student’s exposed problems. his working background let an open dialogue in-between students and professors, with the common aim of getting the best solution to the exposed problems: lack of security on laboratory performance and the disability to take decisions when choosing the most adequate procedure. he workshop attending students have been chosen in base of their curriculum, in order to limit the number of attendants up to twenty. The results gotten in each group of attendants to the workshop have been highly satisfactory. All the collaborating students that start working in any of the subjects grouped in the Biology Department must attend the “Development at Laboratory” workshop as compulsory.
