Resumen

El autor analiza cómo Estados Unidos usa el fenómeno de la dictadura judicial para realizar una ola de cambio de gobierno en América Latina. Primero, se explica el significado de la dictadura judicial. Luego, el autor analiza cómo los jueces en países individuales de América Latina usurparon su posición e interfirieron directamente en los procesos políticos. Con sus métodos unilaterales e instrumentalizados para combatir la presunta corrupción, los jueces ayudaron a sacar del poder a los líderes de la marea rosa y facilitaron el traslado a sus lugares de practicantes leales a los Estados Unidos. Se hace especial hincapié en Brasil, Argentina y Ecuador.

Misa Djurkovic, Institute of European Studies Belgrade, Serbia

Misa Djurkovic (1971). Head (director) of Institute of European Studies in Belgrade. PhD in political philosophy (Belgrade University), 2005 Principal fellow researcher, at the Institute of European
Studies in Belgrade since 01. 03. 1999. Author of 15 books and 5 collections of articles. Fields of work:
political theory, international relations, European studies, right wing and conservative politics,
bioethics. He held lectures at Mexico (University Monterey), Spain (University of Granada), Finland,
and participated in many conferences at different countries. Adviser to Serbian Prime minister for
political affairs, January – August 2005. Secretary of the State Council for Kosovo and Metohija, March
- October 2005. Political Adviser to the President of Serbian People’s Party in Montenegro, since August
2006 to July of 2008. Political consultant for several other political subjects in region. Business
and political consultancy, since 2009 (Business intelligence for international partners including BBC Consulting, dealing with political development in region, especially Serbia, Montenegro, BiH, Macedonia). Djurkovic is considered a leading expert for Balkans and international relations generally in Serbia. Besides books and academic articles, he writes for magazines and newspapers (columnist in leading daily Politika), and he is very active in 2 different public and legal debates such as family law, immigration, education etc. He has very good contacts in Russia, Turkey and many EU countries.
