Abstract

This archival research work aims to contribute to better understanding and dissemination of judicial funds preserved in the Historical Regional Archives of the Universidad Industrial of Santander, reorganization which we have initiated, providing an overview of the results of the process, to make it useful to the users. Some data on the income of the funds are provided in the file, their individualized study and the institutions that have generated them, informing the archival treatment which have been subjected. The bottom line is the contribution to the knowledge of the institutional history has been achieved with the organization of a small portion of funds retained legal there (only 30 linear meters covering the years since 1903 to 1979), task that is expected to continue in the immediate future to advance the conservation and history of coming documentary heritage of the judicial institutions.
