Author Biography

Carlos Surghi, CONICET -Universidad Nacional de Córdoba

Carlos Surghi was born on 9 August 1979. He is a poet, essayist and literary critic. He has published Mujeres enamoradas (2006), Regalo de bodas (2007), Villa Olímpica (2013), Lecciones de romanticismo alemán (2018) and the books of essays Abisinia Exibar (three essays on Néstor Perlongher) (2009), Los nombres del fantasma (2010), Batallas secretas (essays on the absence of literature) (2012), La experiencia imposible. Blanchot y la obra literaria (2012), Orientaciones invisibles (essays on landscape) (2016) and La aventura negativa (2021). He was a member of the journal El banquete. He teaches literature at the National University of Córdoba and is a CONICET researcher.
