Abstract

The aim of our work is to give an account of a series of pedagogical practices that are developed in the Site Museum of the Provincial Memory Archive, located in Pasaje Santa Catalina, between the historical Cabildo and the Cathedral, in the heart of the city of Cordoba. Since 2006, and as a result of the adoption of the Memory Act, it was decided to convert the former Provincial Police Information Office and Clandestine Centre for the Detention of Persons during State Terrorism into a space of memory open to the community. From that moment on, we witnessed a new reconfiguration of the urban space and the processes of Memory, Truth and Justice, interacting with new modes of knowledge production through non-formal education spaces, which resignifies not only the space in question but also the very geography of the city.
