Abstract

As the second decade of the 20th century approached, a group of men put their struggle on paper through the Liminar Manifesto, and invited all of Latin America to be part of it. Beyond the ultimate goal of this document (autonomy and university co-government), what has managed to transcend is the feeling of struggle, the awakening in every young person of yesterday and today, of that impetus to rise up against the dominant majorities, the factions that oppress, that confine, that despise fundamental values, among them, freedom.
