Lunar phases: diagnoses on explanations in teacher education

Abstract

The results of a study about the explanations given by the students of primary teacher education are presented. The research was carried out on an astronomy theme in an institute of the province of Buenos Aires. The explanations were given as answers to a written task about lunar phases after the students had a lesson about this subject.
