The Gender Roundtable of the Faculty of Arts: a trajectory of learning and the exercise of rights in university life

In this article we present the work experience of the Gender and Priority Populations Committee of the Faculty of Arts of the National University of Córdoba in addressing gender inequalities/violence at the university and the theoretical, methodological, and ethical frameworks from which we intervene. We present the device from its creation and the actions and challenges of its beginnings, passing through the first constructions of data. We then analyze the reconfigurations that took place during the pandemic, with the challenges and trials carried out by the team. And, finally, we offer some reflections on post-pandemic work and the current situation.
