Linfangioma quistico de bazo

El linfangioma quístico esplénico es una muy rara neoplasia benigna, caracterizado por la dilatación quística de los vasos linfáticos del parénquima esplénico. Esto puede ocurrir en el bazo ó en múltiples órganos. Se describe el caso de una mujer de 46 años de edad, con el diagnóstico de linfangioma quístico esplénico. La manifestación clínica incluye el dolor abdominal, especialmente sobre el hipocondrio izquierdo, distensión abdominal, perdida de apetito. Al examen físico fue normal. La ultrasonografía y la TAC de abdomen muestra múltiples quistes remplazando el parénquima normal del bazo. Informamos el valor de la cirugía del linfangioma del bazo, tanto en el aspecto diagnóstico y también terapéutico y discutimos la esplenectomía laparoscópica como un procedimiento efectivo para la resección de los tumores esplénicos sospechados de ser benignos. El estudio histológico después de la cirugía confirma el diagnóstico de un linfangioma quístico del bazo.Descargas
