The cystoadenoma of the urachus is an uncommon disease which should evoked in case of a upper vesical (supra vesical) cystic
rnass. Many authors recommended total cyslectomy but recent reports considered that conservative surgical trcatment improved the
quality of life without modifying the survival rate.
