Langerhans' cdl histiocytosis (LCH) is a proliferative clisease that rnost oflen affects chi.lclren. Prescutation ofvulvar lesion alone in adults is rare. Wc report a case of a 69-year-o1d woman with a vulvar lesion of 6 years of evolution. IlE stain and ininiunohistochemical study using CTK, ACL, 11M13 45, VIM. S 100. LN 5 y CD la were performed. CLH, although unusual presentation. it is must keep ni nund when appear vulvar lesions in older woman simulating infection or proliferative ncoplastic lcsions of skin since is necessary rule out sysleniic engagement and perioclical control of patient
