Author Biography

Nicolás Caravaca, Universidad Nacional de Rosario

Professor of History at the National University of Rosario. Works on issues related to socio-environmental policies in different fields of application. Provides legislative advice on environmental issues both nationally and subnationally. Forms the Usina Consultora team in the environmental area, a space for advising governments, companies and institutions. He is part of the interdisciplinary research group “Archive and Region” within the framework of the Institute for Critical Studies in the Humanities, as executing unit of the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research - National University of Rosario. He worked as coordinator of institutional relations in the Argentine Network of Municipalities Facing Climate Change. This space made it possible for him to work on local climate action plans throughout Argentina, promoting green jobs at a local scale.
