María Guillermina Díaz, Universidad Nacional de Cuyo / Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas

María Guillermina Días is Professor and Licentiate in Geography, PhD candidate in Social Sciences (Facultad de Political and Social Sciences -FCPyS- of the National University of Cuyo -UNCUYO, Argentina). She is currently a Doctoral Fellow of the National Council of Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET). Scientific and Technical Research-CONICET (Argentina), Assistant Professor in the subject Methodology and Research Techniques in Geography, Faculty of Human Sciences -FCH- National University of Río Cuarto -UNRC-.

Since 2020 she has participated in research and extension projects in the above mentioned Universities, as a Member of the Collaborating Group of the project PICTO-2016-0012, entitled "Environmental problems and socio-historical reconfigurations.

At this moment, her studies are focused on socio-environmental conflicts related to the use and appropriation of natural resources in the province of Cordoba, Argentina, where an analysis is focused on the territorial transformations that explain the emergence of disputes. She also focuses on the collective actors involved in the conflicts and their degree of articulation, and the interpretation of the forms of territorial inscriptions associated with these processes.
