Abstract
Those of us young people who have made literary theory and research in literature a profession know that there is a capital book. Its name is La investigación literaria. Problemas iniciales de una práctica and it was written by Miguel Dalmaroni. There, those of us who were trying to take our first steps in the broad field of national research found advice, warnings and clear examples (in the works of Gerbaudo, Nofal, Gabrieloni and others) on how to face this often frightening enterprise.
