Author Biography

Sasha Hilas

Sasha S. Hilas is a graduate and professor in Philosophy, doctoral student in Philosophy from the Faculty of Philosophy and Humanities of the UNC. She lives in Córdoba and develops her doctoral career at the Institute of Humanities (IDH-CONICET), FFYH (UNC), with a Doctoral Scholarship from CONICET. She is an assistant professor of Political Philosophy II and Ethics II (FFyH, UNC).

 

Member of the Research Team "Emotions, temporalities, images: towards a critique of neoliberal sensibility" in charge of Dr. Eduardo Mattio and Mgr. Liliana Pereyra, based at CIFFYH, UNC, approved by SECYT-UNC (2018-2021). She has integrated research teams since 2016 and participated as organizer in conferences and workshops proposed by the FFyH of the UNC. She has publications in national academic and cultural journals and has participated in national and international conferences and congresses. Her research deals with the encounters between contemporary political philosophy and ethics, feminist and queer studies, exploring the passages between normative violence, cohabitation and temporality. She is part of the project Nadie es cool.
