Author Biography

Andrea Guiu, Universidad Nacional de Còrdoba

She has a Licenciate degree in Modern Literature from the National University of Córdoba. She worked as a cultural and documentary journalist for the newspaper "La Voz del Interior". She was a member of the editorial committee of the magazine "Tramas, para leer la literaturaargentina" and the Center for Literary and Social Research (CILS), which emerged from that project. She is currently dedicated to writing and the plastic arts. She has published stories and poems in anthologies and collective projects (Decameron Cordobés, Poéticas al encuentro. Poesíaargentina y libanesacontemporánea, La sangre del paisaje and Amazonia central, among other publications) and, individually, El árbol de losmuertos (novel) and Libro de ojos (poetry, drawing and painting), both published by Alción. She is preparing a poetic book dedicated to those who migrate.
