Abstract

We present the architectural features and space of a series of domestic and productive complex located at El Divisadero, distributed on an alluvial fan in the western piedmont Calchaquíes Summit (Tucumán). Are also discussed, four radiocarbon dating carried out on human and animal bones recovered in different parts of the site, which will allow us to interpret two occupational moments there. One early occupation (ca. 4100 years AP) and other later around ca. AP 1100 years BP. According to our investigation, spatial and architectonical structuration can be more probably linked to the later identifi ed moment. Is not possible yet to assert if there is a continuity between these occupations, nevertheless, their persistence in time make us think in some kind of relevance of this spaces in past for people.
