Aportes a la construcción de la variabilidad material de un sitio arqueológico en el piedemonte oriental de Cumbres Calchaquies-Tucumán

Abstract
Preliminary results of archaeological excavations at Yago site (Cumbres Calchaquíes eastern piedmont) are reported and unusual architecture and settlement pattern characteristics of sites for the Formative period in the area are highlighted. Also, faunal, lithic and microfossil remains - recovered from milling artifacts - are analyzed. Standing on those evidences Yago site is proposed, originally, as a storage space and then used to garbage and waste disposal.
