Abstract

This work introduces a didactical proposal to be developed in a lecture of mathematics with physics teachers, with the purpose of linking the vector magnitudes studied in Mathematics A with those that will be studied in a first course on Physics. It is expected that the student will understand the need to study mathematics as it is a fundamental tool in his professional practice, showing the application of vector magnitudes to actual situations. It is structured in three stages and will be developed with the participation of teachers of Mathematics and Physics. A first part consists of working in mathematics courses taking into account the notations used in physics texts besides showing applications. The second part consists of an experimental activity using tradi-tional elements combined with ICT, we seek to associate vectors with physical magnitudes such as force, speed and momentum. In the last stage we will evaluate assignment, both in the subject under study as well as the results of the activity.
