Abstract

Several studies and documents introduce the concept of competence in the educational field presenting it as a new approach to guide the actions of teachers in realities that appear as complex, changing and diverse. In addition to this, many authors agree on highlighting the essential need to work on the development of human qualities that foster the enrichment of our understanding in all its dimensions. From this framework of analysis, in this paper a proposal of teacher training is presented along with its foundations. The proposal is aimed to work on the mentioned aspects from a critical, integrative and complex perspective, where different strategies and devices are articulated conveniently. This proposal is implemented in the Teaching Practice Workshop I of the first year of the Physics Teacher degree of the National University of Rosario and in this paper a first qualitative and exploratory analysis about the experience is presented.
