Vol. 7 No. 14 (2018): Experiencias de lo común, sensibilidades políticas: Estética, ética y corporalidad en tiempos neoliberales
As has long been shown, neoliberalism is an epochal phenomenon that involves all human dimensions and cannot be reduced to economic policy issues. From this point of view, not only issues such as income distribution or the intervening role of the State can be thought of in neoliberal terms, but also other aspects of life, such as the constitution of desires and daily interactions in social life. In this way, the sensitive dimension of the subjects and their own corporeality becomes a field of disputes, where different experiences of the common are played out, knotted with different political perspectives. It then invites contributions that help to problematize how and why aesthetics, ethics and politics intertwine in neoliberal times.
