Abstract

In the conversation we had with them we talked about the Monte Adentro peasant store project, about the importance and the different meanings that this undertaking has for the defense of the economy and peasant life in the province of Córdoba. During the talk we addressed the various issues and challenges posed by the political project of Food Sovereignty that the Peasant Movement of Cordoba carries out as part of the National Indigenous Peasant Movement - Somos Tierra. Thus, issues ranging from the care of the forest to the production of healthy and accessible food for all, and the creation of sources of work with fair retributions for the producers, as well as the role of extensionist practices in relation to the demands and needs of the peasant populations, came up.
