Abstract

At this paper present an universitary experience based on e-portfolios during second semester of the academic course 2009-10 in the subject of New Technologies applied at Education (Pablo of Olavide University), in Seville (Spain). Among objectives to reach we can emphasize: to motivate reflexive and reasoned learning of student, to know the progress and continued process in learning, to promote the capacity of criticism and self-criticism of student, imply students reflect on its own learning participating in the process of evaluation, to know and utilize tools related to social software. Through a descriptive and qualitative methodology the study permits to arrive at different conclusions, to emphasize: that eportfolio are didactic tools to improvement the educational praxis, the planning of educational tasks, the responsibility and individual introspection, the didactic progress of students through the comments (post) on the edublog, the processes of self-assessment, the formative evaluation and professional development of the professor.
