This paper presents an approach to the results of a case study developed at the Universidad Nacional de Río Negro. The research emphasizes on “the knowledge, use and appropriation of ICTs by administrative staff for university management and administration in Universidad Nacional de Río Negro-Andina Region”. From the data obtained through extensive fieldwork, this study sought to provide basic information to design actions and strategies on the appropriation of ICTs to support teaching and technical-administrative management in the various areas of the educational community. Thus, in this paper, we present the practical objective of this research which consists of reporting a series of actions to support and facilitate education according to the specific demands of individuals by means of a framework based on communities of practice.Downloads
