Abstract

This presentation is based on an experience of internationalization in the Master of Educational Processes Mediated by Technologies, at the Center for Advanced Studies, Social Sciences Faculty of the National University of Cordoba-Argentina. This work presents the desicions made by the career management team in order to face the challenges posed by the incorporation of foreign students with virtual movility and whose only face-to-face activity  was the oral defense of their dissertation. Adopting the perspective of internationalization as a process, we focus on the organizational and administrative strategies used to resolve the conflicts that arise between the tradition of the face-to-face  university and the demands of virtuality and internationalization. In this regard, the administrative measures adopted to solve various emerging conflicts are considered. Finally, in the conclusions, we emphasize the need of encouraging regional convergence actions to remedy the problem of heterogeneity of different educational systems.
