Notice of authors' rights and responsibilities

Authors with publications in this journal agree to the following terms:

1. Authors grant RECIAL (ISSN 2718-658X) permission to publish their articles. This authorisation refers to the total or partial reproduction of this material, using the technical means currently known and those that may be developed in the future for dissemination or exhibition, without any time or geographical limitation.

2. Authors shall retain their copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication of their work, which shall simultaneously be subject to the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), which allows third parties to use what has been published, provided that proper acknowledgement is given; the authorship of the work and the first publication in RECIAL are mentioned; the material is not used for commercial purposes; and, in case of creating another work from original material (e.g. a translation), you must distribute your contribution under this same licence as the original.

3. Authors may adopt other non-exclusive licence agreements for distribution of the published text, provided that initial publication in this journal is indicated.

4. Authors are allowed and encouraged to disseminate their work through the Internet after the publication process in RECIAL.

5. Authors assume credit for the publication and, in turn, responsibility for the published content. Once an article has been published, the Journal allows the publication of Errata noted in the publication in the next edition of the Journal and, when necessary, the retraction of the authors regarding a content or judgement.

6. Authors must always abide by the COPE code of conduct. Misconduct by an author or unethical statements in a manuscript will be sanctioned by the Journal's Executive Committee, which will prevent the publication of the paper either permanently or until the obstacle is overcome.
Authors must be willing to publish corrections, clarifications, retractions and apologies when necessary.
Authors must provide information on financial support when it is the case of a concrete contribution to their research project that results in the work being published.

7. The vast majority of papers published in RECIAL journal are published in the traditional single author role. In the case of a research paper involving the work of collaborators, it is necessary to speciy the limits and roles of those who contributed to the research and production off the published work.
