Abstract
In this paper we will realize the development of handicraft textile value chain is performed under the extension work of the Argentine State agency. First, and experience to locate contextually analyze the context of political and economic changes occurring in our country in recent decades. This first approach will serve as a base and then to analyze the theoretical aspects involved in production experience and from there from an anthropological perspective to analyze the constitutional aspects of the households involved in the project.
