In the first stage, an analysis of uninterrupted time series from 2017 to 2021 was conducted on mental health care consultations included in the monthly statistical record (MSR), revealing a decrease of 56% in outpatient visits by 2020. In a second qualitative phase, experiences and perceptions were explored and analyzed through thematic content analysis of focus groups with managers, professionals, and community representatives.
