Abstract

Today is already a reality, the rapid obsolescence of knowledge and is currently a feature of graduates in different fields of science as students permanent. This will lead to demand for upgrade training which in turn will impact on the supply of higher education  institutions which must respond to these demands and also as recipients, they will need to be flexible in time and space. It is precisely here, where technologies of information and communication technologies (ICTs) are a niche allowing universities to generate innovative proposals.
