About the Journal

FOCUS AND SCOPE

The Electronic Journal TESTIMONIOS is a scientific, digital and annual publication of the Oral History Association of the Argentine Republic that was born in the winter of 2009, as a result of the need to strengthen the network of oral historians throughout the country as well as to establish contact, exchange and collaboration links with colleagues in the region who are committed to similar purposes. Understanding that oral history studies have shown a great dynamism that can be verified both quantitatively and qualitatively in recent years, the publication of Ahora! intends to initiate a publication space for historians working in this field; therefore, it calls for scientific articles and book reviews (exclusively based on Oral History). It is aimed at a public made up of researchers, teachers, graduates and students of history and other social disciplines.

OPEN ACCESS POLICY

This journal provides immediate open access to its content, based on the principle that offering the public free access to research helps a greater global exchange of knowledge.

TESTIMONIOS promotes open access to scholarly output and therefore does not require payment or charges of any kind from authors for submitting, evaluating, editing, or publishing their manuscripts. Nor will it charge readers for access to published material.

As indicated in the Copyright Notices, the Creative Commons license used is the Creative Commons Attribution License.

Self-Archiving Policy: Testimonios allows self-archiving by the author(s) of all content regardless of the stage of the editorial process in which it is, preprint/postprint (in all versions). Regarding the preprint and postprint versions (before the layout/production process), if you want to disseminate it, it must be after the article completes its corresponding editorial process in order to maintain its originality. They must also be referenced and use the same Creative Commons that the publication version (edited postprint) will have."
