Autoeficácia no Trabalho: Validação de uma escala da versão em espanhol.

Resumo

Pesquisas anteriores mostraram que a autoeficácia é um dos recursos mais importantes no local de trabalho. Adaptamos a versão original de “Social and Emotional Self-Effect at Work” (Loeb, Stempel, & Isaksson, 2016) para funcionários argentinos, fornecendo novas evidências de validade da equivalência transcultural da escala. A amostra total incluiu 771 funcionários de ambos os sexos, com idades entre 18 e 76 anos (M = 31,18; DP = 10,95). Os dados foram coletados por meio de uma “versão em espanhol da escala de Autoeficácia Social e Emocional no Trabalho” e “Questionário de Autoeficácia Profissional”. Os resultados indicaram um modelo de cinco fatores (tarefa, autoeficácia social, autoeficácia emocional orientada para a autoeficácia, autoeficácia emocional orientada para compreender os outros e autoeficácia emocional para ajudar os outros) explicando 47% da variância da autoeficácia . A versão em espanhol da escala de autoeficácia demonstrou alta confiabilidade e validade em uma população argentina. Implicações para futuras pesquisas e práticas organizacionais são discutidas.
