Abstract

The current climate change processes (cc) and the climatic variability (vc), warn us and announce to make a stop and change to the path of materiaidad rise, consumerism and the excessive private accumulation of the aristocratic social colonial caste, when globalizing the simeka drag peoples and civilizations to that same route, without measure proper, equitable and qualitative environmental health, ecological and the biotic cosmos range of Earth.
