Chromosome number of Setaria leiantha (Poaceae)

Abstract
The objective of this communication is to present the chromosome number of three ecotypes of this species from the Capital, Río Primero and Punilla departments of the Province of Córdoba. Chromosome counts were performed on root apices following the technique used by Ochoa de Suárez and Manero de Zumelzú (1983).
