Abstract
En este libro Jone Martínez-Palacios realiza un exhaustivo y riguroso análisis de las instituciones participativas españolas. La autora es docente de la UPV-EUH e integrante del reconocido grupo de estudios de democracia participativa, Parte Hartuz. La preocupación del libro está en analizar las características del proceso de institucionalización de la participación en el periodo comprendido entre 1978 y 2017. Arribando a la conclusión principal de que se ha producido un giro participativo neoliberal, el que es ampliamente documentado a través del análisis de un vasto material empírico.
