The proposal of the present work arose from the thesis presented for the degree of architect at the Faculty of Architecture and Design of the National University of Cordoba. It explores an innovative proposal to address the challenges of mass tourism in Purmamarca, in the Quebrada de Humahuaca, through sustainable architectural design. The concept of an open museum and regional interpretation center is presented. The text details how urban design, local materiality and territorial and cultural connection strategies can transform tourism into a tool for learning and mutual respect, enriching both local communities and visitors. This approach demonstrates how architecture can act as a bridge between the past and the future, connecting identity, landscape and development.
