Abstract

Este número tenemos tres entregas especiales para ofrecer. Dos vienen en formatos a inaugurar y renovar en la revista y un artículo científico de primer nivel. En primer lugar, desde la Red Pymes queremos hacer un homenaje de nuestro primer presidente, Rubén Ascúa, y lo realizamos a través de un formato nuevo en la Revista, que son Notas de la Red Pymes. Es el Dr. José Borello, como parte del Comité Editorial quien le ha dedicado unas muy sentidas palabras en la Nota “Red Pymes Mercosur: La impronta de Rubén Ascúa en su origen y en sus primeros 23 años”, que abre este número.
