This catalog is proposed as a reference guide for Academies, Universities, Scientific Associations and Libraries inside and outside the country and at the same time for publication exchange offices.

Enrique Sparn, Academia Nacional de Ciencias
Heinrich Max Sparn (1889-1966) changed his German name to Enrique Sparn, with which he signed his bibliographic work in Argentina. From 1918 to 1954 he worked at the National Academy of Sciences of Córdoba (ANCC) where he had an extensive career as librarian, secretary and full member of the Academy. He was also a member of the Institute of Regional Bibliography of the Philosophy Department of the University of Buenos Aires and Head of the Coordination Commission of all the libraries of the University of Córdoba. Not only was he a great librarian, but he also stood out as a scientific bibliographer, carrying out meticulous research on the important topics of the time, which allowed him to make scientific contributions with statistical, sociological, cultural and educational contributions. He stood out for having compiled abundant literature of the 19th and 20th centuries, especially on geology, mineralogy, paleontology, natural sciences and history of sciences. His publications total about a hundred works, especially in proceedings, bulletins and miscellaneous of the ANCC. He is proposed in this work as the father of Argentine scientific bibliography.
